An epic action movie about betrayal and vengeance, centered around elite members of the Navy who are sent to Bolivia to hunt down and eliminate an arms dealer. However, the group comprising Clay, Jane Sacrifice, Rogue, Push and Cougars soon finds out that they will soon become victims of a deadly conspiracy wielded by a known superpowered foe.
