a charming boss Rhetoric of reforms and calls for a land revolution A wealthy landowner with a vested interest in the disputed area, Frank Harlan (Robert Monval) decides to manage things his own way. He hires a group of assassins and wants Joe Kidd to help track down Chama. Kidd initially wants to avoid getting involved, even if Shama makes the mistake of stealing Kidd’s horse and terrorizing his friends.
